How it all started
As a young girl in Panama City on Florida’s panhandle, Carolyn began her career when her mother encouraged her to enroll in a local modeling school. When she was 17, an agent at a model convention spotted Carolyn and she moved to New York and Paris to pursue her career.
Fashion editors and photographers were immediately impressed by her instinctive ability behind the camera. She attributes this quality to her creative background.
Carolyn’s career
During her career, Carolyn has worked with every major photographer in the industry from Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Patrick Demarchelier to Gilles Bensimon, Karl Lagerfeld and the late Helmut Newton.
Representing estée lauder
Carolyn has been one of the faces of Estée Lauder since 2001, and she continues to appear in the company’s advertisements. Some of Carolyn’s most sophisticated recent campaigns have included Re-Nutriv, our luxury skincare line, and the fragrance Estée Lauder Sensuous Noir.
