How To Shop Online
ORDERING: how to shop
  • Follow these steps for an easy, convenient, and secure shopping experience.
STEP ONE: adding an item to your bag
  • Find the item you desire by either going through the category pages, or using on-site search.
  • Once you've found the product you want, select the size or shade you desire, and add the quantity of the product you want (you can add up to 4 of each item).
  • Click ADD TO BAG.
STEP TWO: the shopping bag
  • This is where you check the products in your bag are correct, and have the option to change the quantities you're ordering (to delete a product change the quantity to 0). This is also where you can add in an offer-code if you have one.
  • To continue to purchase, click the blue CONTINUE CHECKOUT button.

STEP THREE: order details

  • The next page will ask you to sign in (or register), and then provide billing and delivery address details. If you have already saved these in your Account Profile you won't have to fill them out again.
  • Here you will have the option to gift-wrap your order.
STEP FOUR: confirmation
  • When you've completed shopping, click the "Checkout" button found on the top of each page.
  • Follow the on screen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout prior to clicking on "Submit Order" on the Review Order page.
  • After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, a confirmation email on shipment will also be sent, please contact us at 1800 613 783 for assistance.
  • If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to enquire about a previously placed order, please contact Estée Lauder Online Customer Care at 1800 613 783 or via email. Please have your order number available.
  • Maximum Purchase Policy $1350
Internet browser requirements
  • Our site works best with Internet Explorer 6 and above on PCs.
  • We also support Firefox 1.5 and above for PCs and MACs, and Safari 2.0.4 on MAC only.
Optimal monitor settings
  • This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 1024 x 768. Please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings.

Item Availability

  • If a limited edition item is unavailable on esteelauder.com.au it will show as sold out, in which case we would advise you to visit one of our Estée Lauder counters. Please see the Store Locator to find your nearest store.
  • Unfortunately you cannot add out of stock items to your Shopping Bag.
Maximum Purchase Policy
  • We regret that we must limit orders to no more than four (4) units of any item, with a maximum purchase
    of $1350 per customer.
Gift Wrap Service
  • Gift orders always receive special care at Estée Lauder Online. For a $6.00 charge we will wrap your gift and include a gift card with your personal message. Please be aware some items that do not fit into a gift box due to their large size, can't be selected for Gift Wrap. For example Sets.
  • If you wish to have your esteelauder.com.au order gift-wrapped, simply click on the "Gift Wrap" option during Checkout. Please note that multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package.

  • In cases where fraudulent transactions are suspected, copies of credit card, passport or drivers licence may be requested. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected to be fraudluent.
Prices
  • All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.
  • The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus GST, and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment Options section above, and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Website.
