STANDARD SERVICE
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders received over the weekend, will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Estimated delivery times from warehouse dispatch:

EXPRESS SERVICE
Orders placed by 11am will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Express orders placed after 11am will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders shipped via Express Post will be delivered on the next business day in all Australia capital cities, except Darwin.

Shipping restrictions
To the best of our ability all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our Australia Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
